Elizabeth Kennedy

Elizabeth has 30 years of experience helping Am Law 100 firms articulate who they are, what they do, and why it matters to clients. She writes practice and industry descriptions that are grounded in a firm’s strengths and shaped by how buyers make decisions. She translates complex legal capabilities into commercially effective messaging.

Elizabeth spent more than 15 years as Director of Strategic Business Development at Mayer Brown, where she designed and launched the firm’s client team program to strengthen client relationships and revenue. She has also led business development teams and initiatives at other Am Law 100 firms including Bryan Cave, Debevoise, Weil, and Hogan.

A graduate of Fordham University, Elizabeth is a native Washingtonian and long-time New Yorker currently based in Charlotte, NC with her spouse David and their two husky-hounds, Jake and Roxy.
