Seema Maglio

Seema and her team work with Am Law 100 firms to transform practice and industry pages into a client acquisition asset built for AI-driven search. With 20+ years of partner-facing experience inside law firms - including Am Law 100 firms like Cooley and Akin Gump - Seema has seen firsthand how consultants can create more work, not less. She leveraged that insight to build a business model that delivers exceptional results - at scale - while making life easier for in-house teams.

A native New Yorker, Seema lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband John, their daughter Siena, and their cavapoo, Teddy. When she’s not working, she loves to meditate, read books (across genres), and explore nature trails with her family. She holds a BBA in Marketing from Pace University and an MBA in Business Strategy from Adelphi University.
