Seema has 20+ years of experience in law firm business development, including leadership roles across Am Law 100 firms like Cooley and Akin Gump. During her years in BigLaw, she regularly navigated the bottlenecks caused by ineffective practice and industry content. In the era of AI referrals, the consequences run deeper: weak foundational content can dilute a firm’s identity across its digital ecosystem. That insight led Seema to create Identity Spine™.

A native New Yorker, Seema lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband John, their daughter Siena, and their cavapoo, Teddy. When she’s not working, she loves to meditate, read books, and explore nature trails. She holds a BBA in Marketing from Pace University and an MBA in Business Strategy from Adelphi University.
