How we get started.
Listening Call
We start with a complimentary 45-minute listening call. We’ll ask you questions to understand the current state of your content, your desired future state, the roadblocks that stand in the way, and how you define success for this project. Your feedback will guide us during the Foundation Phase.
Foundation Phase
Next, we write content for one practice page and one industry page. We take both pages through our six-step ContentSync™ framework, leaving you with two partner-approved, SEO/GEO optimized pages. This process allows us to uncover bottlenecks, build a project foundation, and develop a content format that can be scaled.
Proposal
After the Foundation Phase, we prepare a detailed proposal for taking your remaining pages through our ContentSync™ framework, including a clear scope of deliverables, production schedule, and total investment. If you move forward, the Foundation Phase fee is credited toward the full engagement.
